Job description
The successful candidate will manage a range of power device products, ensuring support for increasing production demands. This role encompasses continuous monitoring of backend yield, spearheading cost reduction initiatives, and enhancing product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement methodologies such as Statistical Part Average Testing, Dynamic PAT, and Advanced Maverick Screening for non-turnkey parts.
Develop and monitor metrics for assessing in-line process integrity and final test performance.
Formulate a data automation strategy to enhance the efficiency and analytical capabilities of Product Engineering processes.
Collaborate with the Product Engineering Tools team to introduce innovative and effective tools tailored for Product Engineers.
Act as a regional subject matter expert in data analysis within the APAC region, providing training and support to Product and Test Engineering teams.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Microelectronics.
A minimum of four years' experience in advanced data analysis or product engineering, specifically with power devices in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as JMP, Spotfire, CEDA, Galaxy Examinator, and KNIME.
Proficiency in advanced scripting languages, including SQL, R, and Python.
A solid understanding of graphing and visualization techniques, advanced statistical methods, and modeling.
Experience with machine learning is an advantage.
