Job description

The successful candidate will manage a range of power device products, ensuring support for increasing production demands. This role encompasses continuous monitoring of backend yield, spearheading cost reduction initiatives, and enhancing product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement methodologies such as Statistical Part Average Testing, Dynamic PAT, and Advanced Maverick Screening for non-turnkey parts.

  • Develop and monitor metrics for assessing in-line process integrity and final test performance.

  • Formulate a data automation strategy to enhance the efficiency and analytical capabilities of Product Engineering processes.

  • Collaborate with the Product Engineering Tools team to introduce innovative and effective tools tailored for Product Engineers.

  • Act as a regional subject matter expert in data analysis within the APAC region, providing training and support to Product and Test Engineering teams.


  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Microelectronics.

  • A minimum of four years' experience in advanced data analysis or product engineering, specifically with power devices in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as JMP, Spotfire, CEDA, Galaxy Examinator, and KNIME.

  • Proficiency in advanced scripting languages, including SQL, R, and Python.

  • A solid understanding of graphing and visualization techniques, advanced statistical methods, and modeling.

  • Experience with machine learning is an advantage.
