Job description
Lead a team of Engineers to ensure outgoing quality aligns with company standards.
Supervise visual inspections to ensure products meet established guidelines.
Address and resolve visual quality issues with corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to enhance visual defect management.
Develop and implement procedures for visual defect identification and resolution.
Oversee ESD/environmental programs and ensure cleanroom compliance.
Keep abreast of industry standards and best practices in quality management.
Conduct audits to verify adherence to quality standards.
Train staff on visual defect identification and basic handling procedures.
Maintain comprehensive quality documentation and manuals.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to quality issues.
Work closely with assembly houses on visual defect management.
Requirements
Engineering degree, preferably in chemistry, material science, or microelectronics with minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in Fab environment.
Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO9001 standards.
Expertise in Visual Defects Quality and Outgoing Quality Management Systems.
Knowledge of environmental controls and ESD requirements is advantageous.
