Job description
Lead complex yield projects across sites.
Define projects and goals, estimate budgets, risks, ensure the proper and required resources are available.
Monitors all on-going projects to ensure thorough commitment to business strategy and goals.
Provide weekly updates to executive management team.
Provide timely notification to Product Engineering Manager on any deviation to plans or strategies and provide containment actions.
Directly assist manufacturing management in the control of budgets by providing guidance on capital and cost improvement projects.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronics/ Materials / Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or other relevant discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in yield improvement and semiconductor project management, with 3 years at managerial level.
Demonstrated ability to handle change management initiatives and develop new ways of working and involving team members in the process.
Solid technical understanding of semiconductor processes from front-end to back-end.
