Brewer Science to Acquire Semiconductor Chemical Business Line from Heraeus Epurio

Brewer Science, Inc., a global leader in advanced materials and processes for the fabrication of cutting-edge microdevices, today announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire the semiconductor chemicals business line of Heraeus Epurio, a recognized technology leader in ultrapure electronic chemicals used in semiconductor manufacturing. The transaction will include the Heraeus Epurio semiconductor chemicals production site in Dayton, Ohio, along with the associated sales and support personnel in Asia.
