TSMC, GlobalFoundries poised to get final Chips Act awards, sources say

WASHINGTON, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co, (2330.TW), opens new tab GlobalFoundries (GFS.O), opens new tab and at least one other chipmaker are poised to receive their final Chips and Science Act awards from the Biden administration, two people briefed on the matter said.
